KITEZONE & Wings

Kitesurf and wing lessons at the spots in the Amsterdam area. Depending on the latest weather forecasts, we look at where the best conditions are for kitesurfing. Our Standard/Regular kitesurfing lessons last 3 hours, a maximum of 2 people are allocated per lesson. IKO certified! Learn kitesurfing quickly and well in a fun and safe way.

What does the lesson include?

Our kitesurfing lessons include a certified instructor and equipment (helmet, impact vest, trapeze, kite, board and necessary lesson accessories). Wetsuits are rented separately.

What is the WETSUIT DEAL?

Exclusively for our students! When booking a kitesurfing lesson a special wetsuit deal: Mystic Star 5mm Bzip wetsuit (worth 279 euros) for €200

Which kite spots do you go to?

With strong wind on inland water: Schellinkhout, Medemblik, Edam and Muiderberg.

With calm wind at sea: Zandvoort IJmuiden and Wijk aan Zee.

When do I know where the kitesurfing lesson is?

The evening before the kitesurfing lesson, we determine where it is best to go based on the latest weather forecasts. We will then send an update with details of the location and starting time.

What if there is no wind?

If the weather is not suitable, the kitesurfing lesson will be cancelled. This will then become available again in your profile to reschedule.

Where do we meet?

In general, we meet at the location. We will be there with our white bus and the full equipment.

If the location is difficult to reach, we can discuss whether you can ride with someone.

Why rent a wetsuit?

During kitesurfing in the Dutch weather you generally need a good warm wetsuit. A well-fitting wetsuit is rather personal and there is a considerable depreciation on it. In order to be able to offer good warm wetsuits for our kitesurfing lessons, we charge a little extra for this. This also allows us to maintain the wetsuits well and rinse them well after each use. Many of our participants have their own wetsuit. If you follow several kite lessons, it is advisable to purchase a wetsuit.
